The villa is quiet and well-separated from the world at the end of a lightly-traveled concrete surfaced road. Trade breezes are virtually constant at this altitude. If you turn off the air conditioning at night, when all is quiet, the steady beat of the waves on the beach hundreds of feet below will lull you to sleep. Our extensive, lush gardens are popular with hummingbirds, birds and butterflies. There are beautiful open beaches in the area.

Of course, Sunset Villa has a large, totally private swimming pool and deck furniture. In the morning, the only one who can see you are a few passing birds, so wake up by  jumping into the refreshing pool au naturel.

The Tobago Cays, National Marine Park is surrounded by a very large coral reef, and situated approximately four miles from Union Island. The Marine Park is an ideal area for snorkeling whereby large sea turtles and sting rays can be seen in their natural habitat. This beautiful paradise can only be accessed by boat. Snorkeling , diving and day tours can be arranged.
